Delete your account or data
You can request deletion of your Floris Laundry app account and associated personal information by following these steps.
- Email info@florislaundry.ae with the subject Account and data deletion request.
- Send the request from your registered email address, or include the mobile number associated with your account.
- We may contact you to verify your identity and prevent unauthorised deletion.
- After verification, we will delete or anonymise the account and associated personal information unless specific records must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes.
Deleting your account may remove your profile, saved addresses, and order history available in the app. Records that must legally be retained will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.
